Ice coffee in summer and hot coffee in winter

with soymilk depending on the mood

No sugar

sometimes I make espresso

This little thing is

very important for me

we can find the thing that makes us happy

everywhere in our life

When the sea of my heart is busy like storm

I will wait for silence until the wave die down

Storm will not continue everyday

retain that and wait for silence

While I wait for silence,

I see the expanse of the clear sky

and let me know the storm is gone

Synchronicity

In Buddhism, 10 boundaries means 10 kinds of stages moves back and forth inside of human.

The stage includes the stage of starvation or the stage of mercy,

and all people don't stay at the same stage and always moves up and down.

I believe that if the 10 boundaries is stable and control yourself and set a high goals to stay at the same stage, the phenomenon happens that meeting the person who at the same stage inside of your heart.

In the same way, the person who live like an animal with a instinct meet inside of their heart with the same other person.

I guess...psychologist, Jung calls it a synchronicity.

He wants to tell that the inside of heart are connected as the sea...

When I meet you inside of heart,

I feel the happiest and be more me than anytime

and when we feel that we live in the same place.

I'm always looking forward to seeing you inside of our heart...

Live in the cute house with the garden

Children are plying with water at the garden

and when they notice the scent of backed cookie

open the white door

and come to the kitchen at a run

"It's time for a snack"

I turn around with a smile

Just around 3 o'clock in the afternoon

a casual summer day

How simple childhood dream is...

Solution

When a problem happens

it's like a tangle of wool

What we have to do first is

to find the edge of the wool

Once we find the edge,

we just untie a knot from the edge

If the wool is sensitive,

take it some time softly

When we untie all knots,

we can wind them from the beginning

That's how solution goes.

If your inside is full of confusion or ambivalence,

clean up from the part where you can see

Cleaning

Making your room sparkling clean in every hole and corner

is not possible for one day.

So, clean up from the part you can see little by little everyday

Organizing your stuff, washing and throwing away things

are the same as the action of beautify

This simple action will be

reflected to our heart

and it would bring us the hints to clean up our confusion or ambivalence

You may think "enjoy life" is thinking fun and living a life of ease everyday,

or you may have your life to become your ideal self with effort

and head toward a top of a mountain.

There are two kinds people.

Not a single person is perfect in this world

There are only person who try to become closer to ones ideal and not.

If you feel you are perfect like god,

the person is a ignorance who does not see inside themselves.

The person can be loved because it makes an effort, and it is imperfect because it is not perfect.

We are worthy because we are not perfect.

Pure Love

As it takes for a long time until rain will be a springwater,

it would take for a long time until the pure love will be a springwater if pure love is a springwater.

If the love like a clear springwater stays in your heart after filtering a greed, an obsession and suffering,

the love is real.

And the water will fertilize a heart of human being, and then return to the sea.

Meaning of Patience

However, not only be patient but also knowing why we have to be patient is to grow.

The children reared by parents who obsess over something grow without knowing patience.

When the children grow up, they don't know how to be patient and search the way out from patience.

The children grow up without obsession will search the way to be loved with patience.

When the children grow up, they think that they are not loved themselves and they have to be patient to be loved.

I think we know the meaning of patience for the first time when we love someone from bottom our heart.

Clean up a heart

Cleaning up a heart is shining up ourselves

as washing a face and brushing teeth when waking up.

Life is built up one day at a time, thus, we need it for everyday.

''Obsession by fear of facing yourself''

Human has obsession.

We can not throw them up.

So, we start this by knowing the obsession, and how to use them.

If we avoid facing ourselves for long time, that leads to obsession for a

human or a material.

Eventually, we would confuse that we don't have talent.

Think if we lazy about facing ourselves or fear.

All the things happen have a reason.

After knowing a reason, we never forget to grateful for ourselves.

Travel to find why I exist in this world...7/4

-Prologue-

Why we are born?

I want to spend my life to find the answer.

"I was born to find the reason why I was born."

Cause and effect exist in this world,

as a lotus has its seed when it blooms.

I wonder that understanding the cause and effect from bottom your heart is knowing

the life and death.

Finally,

"From today, I think I will depart for a travel for searching the reason why I was born"
