Jazz, it is a one shot performance
It is where sound fixations are released
In that moment
Slipping away from what is now
To create a fresh future
Never repeating the same sound
Jazz, it is an adventure
It is brave
And if we listen carefully to the sound of Jazz
As if it were laughing
As if it were angry
As if it were crying
Jazz might tell us our lives.
