Food as medicine, "Daikon radish"

Per 100g

- 23 mg of calcium

- 0.2 mg of iron

- 230 mg of potassium

- 0.02 mg of vitamin B1

- 0.01 mg of vitamin B2

- 11mg of vitamin C

An ample amount of moisture and vitamin C in the root promotes urination. The fiber functions to oxidate the bowels, calming inflammation and relieving fever. It also contains enzymes that digest and aid in breaking down an excess of proteins in coagulated blood, so the kidney returns to its normal functioning, and swelling is reduced. One can expect that both viruses exacerbated by disease (enabled by proteins) and eczemic itching, at its source caused by an excess of proteins, will disappear as a result.
